"Gustavo from Escamilla plumbing is a pro thru and thru. I gave him a tough job that I wanted to tackle but didn't have the necessary tools or time to tackle. I had him relocate the water heater lines and install a tankless water heater, remove steel pipes and redo drain lines. The kicker for the water lines was access next to a furnace and new gas lines that needed to be run due to insufficient gas supply. During the project we found micky mouse water line taps that needed to be removed and the house water shutoff valve that failed to closed completely. Lots of unexpected work but he gave decent quotes to complete the job. He is quick, doesn't cut corners, and gets the job done. I wholeheartedly recommend him for project a homeowner wouldn't touch or doesn't have time to do."

"Jess and his crew did a great job recently repiping my house, both the water supply and drain lines. Jess is easy to work with and very responsive. His price was very reasonable. He came back promptly to fix some very minor issues I found (tiny leaks from the kitchen sink drain and from one of the outside faucets). Everything is fine now. The sprinklers in my backyard work better now because they're getting more pressure than they got from the very old galvanized pipes that were replaced. I'm happy to recommend him."

Last year they redid the pipes in our house, so it was a no brainer to call them for help with disposal installation! They communicate during the entire thing. Called and showed up when they said they would. This time we had Besmir and Jordy doing the work. Very friendly, explained what they needed to do, made suggestions along the way. "My wife and I bought a house a couple years ago, and became owners of a radiant heating systems installed more than 20 years ago. Tony and Damian did a great job of understanding how my radiant heating system works, what repairs were needed/what was failing, and where upgrades were needed. They replaced the pump, both expansion tanks, and the neutralizer. Additionally, they noticed the hot water tank was installed incorrectly, and the hot and cold water connections were flipped. It's amazing the system worked, and it's nice to have a system that's correctly installed (even if it's 20 years later!). Additionally, they secured the expansion tanks to the wall (now required by code), replaced the deteriorating copper pipes connected to the neutralizer with plastic (I'm sure this is code now as well), and re-routed the overflow pipes to the outside (rather than the floor!). You can't go wrong with these guys, well done, they're true craftsmen to the trade."

"Gomer Basave brought a team of three to four men to construct a 180 foot trench for proper drainage from the landscaped garden to the back of the property. It took six days to build the trench as well as lay the pipes and test the water flow. Throughout the construction, the team worked hard to create the trench and the work was supervised by visits from Basave to the site. Starting with the estimate and proceeding with the work, Gomer Basave was an approachable, responsible and honest contractor who worked with his team to complete the project. The job was not an easy job but Gomer and his crew worked continuously to create a trench that could transport water away from the house.
