"They did a number of things. Braced and restrapped water heater and ran copper line for pressure relief to outside. Unclogged master toilet and reseated. Bolted down second toilet. Reconnected clothes dryer vent. Repaired air gap/garbage disposal and drain line under kitchen sink, crawled under house and remove galvanized pipe straps and replaced with nylon pipe clamps. I was a contractor and used to do this work, o an very critical. They did an outstanding job. Went the extra mile several times. I was expecting a bill for a higher amount but they stuck with their estimate. I recommend them highly and would use them again!!"

Several of the other companies either didn't return calls or would not give me a time they would be there. In & Out cleared the drain and showed me the cause of the problem, roots and broken pipe. "Very courteous and nice technician. He ended up just snaking the kitchen sink drain. Unfortunately, the snaking didn't solve the issue that apparently was on the garbage disposer side of the doouble sink was the slow drain issue. The price for both the snaking and a disposer replacement were a bit high, but we were certain the snaking would take care of it. It didn't, so we are where we left off before. I think we can get our own disposer and install it without enduring the $800+ cost per the estimate. I do really appreciate the expeditious response by the company and the sincere and courteous attitude of the technician"
