He also checked the water pressure at the front of the house..it is a bit high so we are going to decide the next step on this. "They did a number of things. Braced and restrapped water heater and ran copper line for pressure relief to outside. Unclogged master toilet and reseated. Bolted down second toilet. Reconnected clothes dryer vent. Repaired air gap/garbage disposal and drain line under kitchen sink, crawled under house and remove galvanized pipe straps and replaced with nylon pipe clamps. I was a contractor and used to do this work, o an very critical. They did an outstanding job. Went the extra mile several times. I was expecting a bill for a higher amount but they stuck with their estimate. I recommend them highly and would use them again!!"

"We were in need to Remodel our Bathroom due to leak from the pipe in between two Bathrooms and change out the plumbing of our house from galvanized steel to copper, upgrade drain to ABS pipes. Geico Builders crew had an immediate availability to solve our issues. Mila was assigned to our project as a project manger. The communication of the project manager was outstanding as well as guidance on what has to be purchased for completing our beautiful Bathroom. Once the water leak was discovered and the subfloor damage was assessed. A repair plan was quickly in place for the leak. Plus a plan to restructure and build a stronger subfloor. Overall we are very happy with our beautiful new bathroom. Our renovation project was completed on time and the new look absolutely met our expectations. Our main expectations/requirements were a regular shower pan, the shower walls and the flooring, all done with quality porcelain tile. Adding a shampoo niche and 2 safety grab bars in the shower area. Plus the bench which I am so happy with. All of these items were installed with attention to detail and with quality workmanship. "Gomer Basave brought a team of three to four men to construct a 180 foot trench for proper drainage from the landscaped garden to the back of the property. It took six days to build the trench as well as lay the pipes and test the water flow. Throughout the construction, the team worked hard to create the trench and the work was supervised by visits from Basave to the site. Starting with the estimate and proceeding with the work, Gomer Basave was an approachable, responsible and honest contractor who worked with his team to complete the project. The job was not an easy job but Gomer and his crew worked continuously to create a trench that could transport water away from the house. We greatly appreciated working with Gomer and his crew and hope we have the chance to work with them again on other projects."

"Ken did a great job installing a replacement irrigation system. Being on a hillside, our landscape area is small but a bit challenging and required replacement of an old system that was pretty much defunct. Ken came out on a Saturday, gave us great recommendations on how to handle the situation and was back with a reasonable quote in a few days. He scheduled the work for the following week and completed everything promptly and efficiently. And on top of everything, he was personable and easy to work with."

"Easily my best experience with construction projects! I have an old house that has some suboptimal drainage system: some gutter downspouts directly pour onto the ground next to the foundation walls, and some downspouts are connected with an underground pipe system that does not drain very well. Josue and his team provided a very thoughtful plan with every detail in the contract, and swiftly finished the whole project in less than 2 weeks. The whole job includes quite some digging to implement 2 underground water pipe systems that navigate all the way to 30ft away from the house, plus additional gutter downspout installation. Besides, Josue assured 100% customer satisfaction: he is super active during the whole process, almost visiting the site himself everyday, and answered every single of my questions"
