Electrical problem with circuit breaker. No electricity going to important appliances. Called after regular hours and Rene came out and discovered the problem. He brought a new circuit and worked very hard to replace the old one. We finally decided to leave the old one in because it was working fine. It took much longer than we anticipated but because nothing was actually replaced, the repairman readjusted the price lower. Not only was he a hard worker but honest, too.
