Sylvain also installed an energy saving, through the wall, AC unit and 2 new ceiling fans which I had purchased. The exterior siding was painted to match my home, and the new drywall was painted a color of my choice. Daily, the jobsite was left clean. There were no unpleasant surprises or unexpected costs above the estimate I had agreed to. Sylvain was on the job each day, and communicated with me often as to the progress of the project. My new patio room enclosure was completed ahead of schedule, Sylvain's job estimate was very reasonable. Sylvain is very knowledgeable about all aspects of construction.
