During our first meeting for an estimate, Sylvain listened to my "wish list" to upgrade my older, patio room enclosure and told me he could provide what I wanted. Sylvain did an excellent job on my patio room with new exterior siding and interior drywall, a new door and 3 new energy saving windows. New insulation was also installed. Sylvain also installed an energy saving, through the wall, AC unit and 2 new ceiling fans which I had purchased. The exterior siding was painted to match my home, and the new drywall was painted a color of my choice. Daily, the jobsite was left clean. There were no unpleasant surprises or unexpected costs above the estimate I had agreed to. Sylvain was on the job each day, and communicated with me often as to the progress of the project. My new patio room enclosure was completed ahead of schedule, Sylvain's job estimate was very reasonable. Sylvain is very knowledgeable about all aspects of construction. I highly recommend Sylvain and would be happy to have him work on my next home improvement project."

"I had Ocean Seven Builders replace a roof on my primary residence along with a rental property of mine. They knocked out the work at my house in one day and were done by 1pm on the rental property. They were prompt and showed up first thing in the morning and did a lot of prep work to make sure there wasn't any debris falling on my deck table or in my air conditioner. They contacted me once during the day to confirm the color of two vents. I stopped by at lunch and they answered all questions, etc. When I came home in the evening from work they were leaving and they did not leave any trash, nails, etc at all. The roof looks great after the work was completed. I would hire them again."

"While they were up there cleaning the gutters they told me about the deterioration of all the sealants on the air vents, the chimney and exhaust fans on the roof. They took pictures and showed me and I had them redo all the sealants. I have a feeling that that was a smart way for them to get some more work (most people aren't aware of the damage the Ca sun can do). It was the owner of the company and his son that did all the work and they were clean, pleasant and professional. When the 1st rains came after the work was done I suddenly remembered a small leak we had had in our bathroom and IT WAS NO LONGER THERE!! I was very happy with the work they did and would definitely recommend using them."
