"Zacarias Remodeling Construction did an amazing job on my brand new kitchen! I wanted my kitchen to be done before Christmas and they worked above and beyond to complete it! Oscar (the Owner) would come to see how the project was progressing and inspect the finished work and made sure if we had any concerns or questions. The workers are professional and hard workers!! They also made sure everything was clean before leaving for the day. Suzanne (Estimator/Designer) was there 100% of the time for questions, advice and opinion on the design. Awesome to work with! "From the beginning, MCA offered excellent help while shopping with us to select materials for each room.

Were we to identify MCA's growing edge, it would be improved communication and more focus on continuity to begin and finish in a slightly more timely manner.
We know that is easier for us to ask than it is to fulfill in the challenging world of remodeling and staffing.
It really does take a village to coordinate and complete all of the various requirements -- material choices, teamwork, electrical, plumbing, tiling, and much more.
There are inconveniences, surprises, and a need for patience.
In the end was it all worth it, and would we highly recommend MCA?

"We were looking to expand our house for years, with addition ADU. We had selected Geico Builders for their craftsmanship, selection of materials and the competitive pricing. Mila and Kevin worked with us to renovate our enclosed patio build a primary bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a walk-in closet. It turned out amazing. We went through several revisions in the design, and they took care of the permits and paperwork with the city. My wife works from home, so they mindful in working around her availability. Overall, the project took about 14 months from when we found them due to permits taking a few months. it's hard living in a construction zone but the team went above and beyond to minimize the impact it had on our lives. They have a great team that is very attentive and responsive. Some of my parts are on back order and the team will be back to install the missing lights and shelves we bought as finishes.
