"We had a drain backing up in our garage, so we called In and Out Plumbing (after having an estimate done by another plumber, who said we needed some major upgrades costing upward of $1800!). In and Out did a free estimate (but jumped right to work) and snaked the drain after doing a few diagnostics. They came out about 1.5 hours after I called and about 3 hours after I called, I no longer had a back-up in my garage! "id the job and I was able to get back to work I went online to search for a plumber to install the thermal couple on my water heater.  When I went to their site, I was able to chat with someone right away.  Once I had given all my info, I was told the owner would call me back.  To my surprise, the call came almost immediately.  Frans was very familiar with my situation, since this problem occurs rather regularly with particular water heater.  I was given multiple choices for when I wanted the plummer out the very same day.  I then selected a two hour window and was told I would be called 30 minutes in advance so I didn't have to go home and wait.  I was called about 20 minutes before the start of the 2 hour window, by the plummer who would be doing the job.  He said he would be out in 20 to 30 minutes.  I left work right after the call and managed to beat him by only a few minutes.  He was very professional, making sure I knew the cost before he started working so there would be no misunderstanding.  He did the job and I was able to get back to work.
To explain how special this was, I need to tell you my experience with calling one of the plumbers on the list who had an "A" rating.
First I was told that they would be able to come out the following day, but wouldn't schedule an appointment until the next morning. The would call between 8 and 9 am to give me a two hour window.  They estimated the cost with the condition that I had gotten the correct parts as they didn't carry parts for my heater.  There was no indication that they even cared about customer service.
Yes, I pad a little more, a got plenty in return.  I will go back to Better Water Heaters if I ever need any plumbing work done!
