"I was totally awestruck by Mike's professionalism, knowledge and honesty. He was able to reassure me that my used computer is in tip top shape and has more memory then I even imagined. He was able to remotely get into my computer to check it out since he is in Arizona and I am in Oklahoma. Normally I would not have allowed this-but thanks to Mikes many tremendous reviews and A Grade I trusted him and do not regret it. In my opinion he deserves an A++! It's been 20 years since I have owned a desktop computer and I'm obviously not tech savvy! Mike did not take advantage of that and was even kind enough to share some info with me free of charge. Kidding aside, after talking with Dave on the phone, he came over and troubleshot my desktop. Long story short, I have a motherboard failure of sorts... As stated by another reviewer, Dave is extremely detail oriented and knowledgeable. Not only did he explain things , he did it in simple terms. He also made recommendations based on what I needed, how much I wanted to spend, etc. He knows how to make sure his customer is satisfied. I would turn to him again if I need computer help."
