Our service is top notch and fully efficient. Our trucks are perfectly equipped for moving with Pads, dollies, Plastic and much more. We provide Long Distance Moves across the entire country, directly from our West Coast HUBS located in AZ, CA, OR and WA. Or, we team with our partner companies to complete moves together. We are proud to provide a service that no other company offers; Dedicated Trucks. This means that your belongings are loaded on the truck and not combined with anyone else’s items (from/to west coast only). They are not transferred to other trucks or facilities in route which causes damage and loss of items (typical with van lines). We have a set loading day and unloading day. This is by far the safest way to ship. Our interstate rates are per 24ft moving van that holds up to 8,500lbs or 1400CuFt. Some customers require one truck and some require more. One truck holds the average 1800SqFt.

"Genuinely one of the slimiest individuals I've ever worked with. From the beginning, he was a referral from a family member of mine. The entire process was a headache. He broke my washer, 2 tv's and my entire desk. ONLY thing i asked them to replace was a desk. Its been 4 months and theres been nothing but dodged calls and texts, no accountability and no ethic. Luis Turcios is a scumbag of a owner, and just a bad person to business with unfortunately. I dont trust him, and i'd advise no one trust him with their belongings. So much for being a man of faith"

"Hire Elite Movers if you want 4 grown men defecating in your children’s bathroom. Oren at Elite moving spoke with my wife about services for a local move. We provided information about the size of our home and any items that required special attention. The day of the move the foreman arrived with 3 helpers, did a walkthrough and provided a price for the move “plus materials”. At no time during the walkthrough did he state that the estimate was lower than what the actual job would cost and to be prepared for a bill $1000 over the quote. The team was slow and unorganized and spent a lot of time on their phones. About 3/4 of the way through they said the truck was full packed up and left. There was no resolution for the remaining items and the team left before i could contact the agent who booked the move. Upon meeting the team at the unloading address they informed me it would be $1000 more than the estimate provided. The foreman Mario cited “materials”. At no time was I provided an itemized breakdown of what the team used and where the extra cost was incurred. The foreman refused to unload without payment and threatened to leave with the contents of my home. He told me to call Oren if I had a problem and Oren spoke to me once, hung up and ignored my calls. Mario the foreman then advised to call Donna at the main office who proceeded to speak to me like I was stupid and did not understand how movers get paid. Mario the foreman then shook me down for a $200 cash tip in my own driveway to “unload quickly and leave”. He and his team just dumped all our boxes in the garage. Two weeks later we are still finding boxes in the garage that should have been unloaded in our home. We contacted the owner Val and waited 10 + days for a response. His response/explanation was to blame us for filling out the order form wrong and “underselling” the move. He then became abusive to my wife, started to yell at her and say she was “wild” and unreasonable. Unhappy with how my wife was spoken to I addressed Val and it was a circular explanation of blaming us for underselling and then labor to move. Which one is it? Is this an hourly job or based on our form? Again, the foreman should be an expert and never advised the move would be $1000 over the estimate and not be completed. Val offered a $400 refund which does not come close covering the difference in price and quote and the hassle and stress incurred. Offering this credit is an admission of guilt and mishandling, but an insult nonetheless. I would also like to mention that the team of movers all lined up and defecated in my children’s bathroom before leaving. 4 grown men defecating in my 1 and 4 year old’s bathroom after holding their toys and clothes hostage in my driveway and extorting a cash tip before completing the job. Val continues to call my wife and harass and yell at her about this issue and is not man enough to contact me directly."
