I spoke with Bill several times by phone to establish the appointment and discuss options. In terms of the work that was done, they pressure washed the exterior and painted both body and trim. On the interior (master bedroom), they put up new drywall and patched some damaged existing drywall, then textured and painted the entire room. They also put in new trim, painted the window trim, moved a few outlets back into the wall and many other details that weren't even in the bid. That's just how Bob works. He wants to do a good job and make customers happy. They came back a few days later for routine touch-ups on the exterior, and spent hours making sure that every last detail was right!
