job was done quickly and professionally, clean
"Unfortunately when we (ALL termite control companies) inspect a home, we can only see approxamately 20% of any wood framing. Garages with alot of storage, attics with alot of "blown in" insulation and second floor roof eaves are impossible to inspect (the state will not allow a termite inspector to climb up on a roof) so we need to mention all the areas that were "inaccessible for inspection". However, here at Termite Police, we offer to go back and inspect areas that were mentioned as inaccessible for FREE if the customer can make room by clearing excessive storage away. If we do not mention areas we could not inspect on an inspection report, interested parties always assume that we inspected all areas and found nothing wrong because nothing was reported."
