Ezra was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the tankless water heater system that we installed, and he was kind enough to come over and take a look at our new unit after it was installed and to check with us that the monthly bills came down as well. In addition to that, Ezra installed our new tankless water heater with the remote control that connects outside the tankless water heater. Because the remote control was not waterproof and if it will be installed inside the water heater, it would short circuit if it got wet enough. Thank you Ezra for going above and beyond for a "customer" who didn't even get to use you! Much appreciated. "It went very well. Everyone was very informative. They kept me up to date with the process and whenever I had a question, they were really prompt with their answers whether by email or phone. They were on time when they say they will begin work and the guys that installed my solar panel and inverters were very clean. I mentioned that I'm very worried about leaks because my son is very sensitive to mold and they made sure to seal everything very well n show us the work they've done and ask if we see anything that needs to be addressed. "These guys were great!! We had a delivery of a massive new front, all in one piece, very heavy. They handled it of total care and stored it in our garage with all the very long trim pieces for installation next day. Kind of an unusual item to deliver so was concerned about the glass, scratching, damage. Again, 5-star handling and very pleased!!"
