Carlos, the owner of Energy Source Electric, came to our home as a request for an estimate to install a new electrical panel and upgrade the service from 100amp to 200amp. Within 10 minutes I knew I was going to hire him. He was very personable, professional, and it did not take but a few minutes for Carlos to explain the entire process: the approximate time frame it would take which included filing permits, approval for matters concerning SCE, panel replacement and final inspections. It went perfectly. Even the stucco repair looked fabulous upon it's completion. Carlos also has a very good working relationship with everyone involved, from SCE, to the technicians who work for him. When a question arose from me or my wife, Carlos gave our concerns an amount of attention, dignity, and respect that everyone would want in a professional. Carlos has the professionalism and excellence to go above the call of duty for. As a Marine I learned to recognize excellence. 5 stars, well-earned.
