They stole all my furniture. They are scam

I dont know how this company is still in business! They definitely make you pay money up front then tell you different dates and times when they will be delivering. As I go through my stuff half of my runs are either cracked, busted lid, one lid is cracked in half and I guess they just threw the piece away. My $5,000 bed is ruined and the frame of is has a rip in it that they said that wasnt their fault and that the bed will go back to how it was ABSOLUTELY B******! Man the fuck up and replace my bed! Anthony might or might not be one of the worst owners I?ve ever dealt with in a company! Worst moving company ever!

Anthony and his crew were amazing during a very difficult time. I am dealing with the sale of my mothers home, and because she has dementia, it was emotional and stressful to start with. I myself am also experiencing health issues, so all in all, moving was the last thing I needed to deal with at this time. I required an out of state move with two stops- first to a storage facility and then to my home. I booked only 4 days before the move as it was a last minute change in plans. I was still packing up until a few hours before they arrived. When I initially contacted the company, I spoke to Josh, a moving consultant/coordinator, who I spoke with several times about the estimate, final estimate and the method of payment. Again- I verified everything with Josh at least 3 times. I then found out when Anthony and his crew arrived that I was given incorrect information from Josh who arranged my service- the price was close to double what I had been quoted... Apparently packing and wrapping mean different things without a â visualâ inspection. It was in the fine print , but I did ask several times if this was my TOTAL fee and assured it was by Josh. I asked him specifically if there would be any extra or hidden fees, because Iâ m in a situation where Iâ m the POA and donâ t have immediate access to funds as I would my own. Maybe my fault, but I did say I was in the process of packing and couldnâ t review the contract word for word. I wanted a guarantee that I wouldnâ t need additional funds, so that was very stress inducing to find out I was unprepared. But on to the actual move: My moving team, led by Anthony was the redeeming factor here. Anthony was so kind and understanding and worked with me- not many people these days would do that when it comes to business. He was patient and understanding while I figured out how to juggle the money I had set aside and come up with the difference in a pinch. Once that was settled, they set to work. His crew worked efficiently yet professionally. They also were very organized, meticulous and knew how to assemble/disassemble the furniture. Nothing was damaged in the move and they took great care of my things. I appreciate greatly that Anthony explained to me why the price I was quoted was incorrect and even helped me out because the coordinator gave me incorrect information on methods of payment as well- and banks are closed by 3 pm on Saturday. So, another issue unrelated to Anthony and his team. The gentlemen didnâ t hold this against me, they were all so hard working and professional-and I was at my worst and very upset so I appreciate how I was treated. Iâ d recommend Express Movers Services- just get a visual inspection and read that fine print in the contract. If I couldâ ve dealt with Anthony initially, I know I wouldâ ve been given honest and correct information. But if you need a moving company in the NY/NJ area, I would request Anthony and his crew. Everyoneâ s goal is to find to an experienced and professional moving company. Anthony and his guys epitomized that. They took great care of my motherâ s things, and of me. That means a lot when you are struggling with an emotional, stressful, and sensitive-especially also a time sensitive-situation. I just wanted to share my experience with Express Movers. We had never used a full service moving company prior to our move from Jersey to North Carolina and I have to say we were very impressed with the professionalism from Anthony as well as the crew on-site. They were not the cheapest option we looked at, but I have to admit the money was well spent, and very much worth it. Everything was packed and wrapped professionally and we were even given advice on a few ways to save money on pickup day. I would highly recommend Express Movers.

Even a year later, I still wholeheartedly recommend Express Movers for anyone seeking a smooth and reliable moving experience, especially for a move like mine from NY to FL. Their exceptional service has stayed with me, making them the go-to choice for all future moves.

They performed outstanding hard work they were very patient, kind, very careful with all of my items and extremely professional. They made sure that all of my items were properly cared for and that everything was wrapped up professionally. I highly recommend Express Movers to anyone seeking anyone looking for a professional full service mover.
