I've hired them numerous times over the years because I own an apartment building, they've done all kinds of work for me. We had a meeting and Juan explained to me the necessary procedures to clean and disinfect the affected area. He did a great job on the disposal installation.  Installed the cord correctly, the last one was kind of "McGiver'd" in there.  He even took the time to reqquest the fitting in the sink and replaced a missing "O" ring in the faucet.
