When I changed my mind on what I wanted it was no problem getting new samples. The installers were professional and did a great job. I had one small issue that was quickly addressed and fixed in a very timely manner. I would recommend them and use them again when I am ready to replace my carpet."

"I'm not happy with it. Once I had the carpeting in and I start walking around in my bare foot, there's stuff underneath the carpet, like little pieces that they didn't sweep away. That is poor work but I'm not gonna have them come back and rip up all the carpet to remove whatever they forgot to sweep. It looks good in the beginning. They have salesmen that come to your house and then they give you samples and then you order. On the linoleum flooring, it's supposed to be a lifetime warranty and there are spots that had yellowed and I had no idea why. It's like something is dripping on them so there's something that's left underneath that caused it. This was supposed to be a replaceable special flooring and after some wear and tear on it, there were some areas where there were actual ripped marks that they tried to cover up after the flooring. I haven't called them to discuss this because it is a lifetime flooring. It's a whitish color and it's yellowing. These are the issues I'm gonna discuss with Empire and see how they're gonna resolve them."

"Jose and I spoke prior to the work being done; I had purchased an Angie's List deal for whole house carpet cleaning for $159, but I also needed hardwood floors, tile floors and kitchen counter tile cleaned.  Jose said he would give me a written estimate the day he came to clean the carpet, and would reserve the entire day for my project if we agreed to do the rest of the work.  Jose and crew arrived on time, reviewed the scope of the project, and gave me a price for the remainder of the cleaning I needed done.  I agreed to the price, and they got to work.  I have to say, the carpet and floors have not looked this good since we moved in twelve years ago.  I am completely satisfied with Elite's work, and would recommend them without reservation.
