"We had a basement mold remediation issue that turned into a multi room renovation and Fernando was there every step of the way. New lighting, replacing garage door with wall and windows, building out a whole new den space with laundry built in, texturing, painting, cement floor refinishing- you name it Fernando and his crew took care of it. The crew took care of items on the punch list quickly, and pivoted when we threw them a few additions. Fernando was professional when we walked through the finished project and even found a couple of minor details he wanted to take care of for us (like replacing old wall switches and a/c vents) We highly recommend Fernando and his team- they were great to work with."

"We hired Streamline to replace a support beam in our kitchen that was too small. They came out and looked and gave us a quote. They started on time and stayed until the job was done. It took several days, but Mark and Harry were in constant contact and communication with them was great. We didn’t have to worry about the little things that pop up on jobs like this. They did exactly what they promised and even came back a few extra times to make sure it was perfect. Everything about this team was just wonderful. My wife and I are extremely grateful for their effort and would absolutely hire them again"

"My wife is Russian and Russians love saunas, so I ordered custom logs from the mountains and had Mr. Viss construct a sauna with them.  This required any number of skills and Mr. Viss had all of them. People have been calling this finest private sauna they have ever seen.  You can't go wrong with Mr. Viss."

"We recently had our master bathroom renovated by Ovation Restoration, LLC. We discussed what we were looking for and our budget and Rick indicated he could do the job within that budget. We are very happy with the bathroom now. The old bathroom was very builder basic and now it is much more us with our choice of items (flooring, tile, cabinets, countertops, sinks, tub, faucets, etc.). We encountered a few minor bumps in the road and the project ended up taking just a little longer than expected but I have heard stories from others on their projects taking two or three times longer with other contractors so not bad at all. All the delays were outside the control of Ovation. We did encounter an extra cost on some replumbing, but Rick helped us out a bit by giving us a discount in the end. The workers and contractors were easy to talk with, but we did have issues from time to time communicating with one of the workers. It all worked out in the end. Joshua had great attention to detail, and he continually kept us updated on the progress. His assistance in helping us to decide the layout for the shower walls was important to our satisfaction with the bathroom. We were told that they would clean up a bit at the end of each day but that seldom happened on our project. We have a couple of minor issues that I am sure will be taken care of soon but overall, a better experience than I expected. We will contact Rick and Ovation Restoration for our next project and would recommend him for your next project. Thanks again Rick."

"They did a great job converting our garage into a nice living space for our family to enjoy, great team to work with, would recommend to anyone looking add more living space. Mark"

"We hired RN3 to build a room in our garage and then add drywall (finish) the rest of our garage. Chris (owner) was very communicative and worked within our budget! Him and his crew (John, Joe and Bob) were polite, and did an AMAZING job! RN3 is now my go-to for any future projects. I'm very happy with the work they did."
