"On Saturday, June 9, 2018, I hired A&A Lawn Care to do a HUGE job of cleaning-up an ENORMOUS amount of ivy that had overgrown and overtaken most of the tall trees and bushes in my VERY LARGE backyard!!! Not only did the guys remove ALL the overgrown ivy in my immediate yard, but they climbed up into the trees and onto VERY tall ladders and removed the ivy that was NOT only in MY trees, but they removed ALL the ivy from the trees in the yards adjacent to my yard so that the ivy wouldn't become overgrown again!!! Needless to say, I was ELATED and so were ALL my surrounding neighbors!!! I've worked BOTH construction AND landscaping when I was younger and I can tell you, these guys worked their behinds off!!! Not only did they do SUCH a BEAUTIFUL job, but they THOROUGHLY cleaned-up after they were finished!!! Also, these guys were a GREAT PLEASURE to work with!!! I was SO IMPRESSED by their work and work ethic that, I hired them to do the FINAL landscaping on BOTH my front and backyards!!! Thank-you A&A Lawn Care for doing SUCH an AMAZING job!!! God Bless You, Julie Mc-T., Salida, Ca."

"I have hired a couple of other handymen through the years that might fix one or two sprinklers for a fee. This company fixed or added additional sprinklers to make sure all flowerbeds and grass are covered with water. They also fixed a broken pipe, replaced two irrigation valves and much more. Iâ m extremely happy with their work."

Land clearing costs an average of $3,743, but prices can range anywhere from $400 to $15,000, depending on the size of the land you need cleared, how dense the coverage is, and what needs to be removed. Expect prices toward the lower end if your professional just needs to mulch some plants and shrubs on a small patch of land, and expect prices to move toward the higher end for things like taking down a large number of trees and removing landscaping boulders.

Yes, most services include basic site cleanup and proper disposal of debris, which may include hazardous materials. It is always best to confirm the specifics with your provider.

We always recommend wearing a protective mask when blowing leaves (as well as goggles if possible). Blowing leaves creates a lot of dust, and in many cases that dust contains a bunch of allergens that can make those sensitive very miserable. Even worse, moldy leaves can contain fungi and bacteria that could make humans as animals very sick. Mask up before starting your leaf project, and if anyone is helping you collect the leaves it’s a good idea if they wear a mask, too.

Yes, rotting leaves can be good for your soil. The decaying leaves release nutrients into the soil that can boost the health of your plants, and the organic matter also helps improve airflow and water drainage.

Most mushrooms found on residential lawns are harmless. Certain varieties such as destroying angel, fly agaric, and vomiter mushrooms that can grow in grass will occasionally make their way onto residential lawn, but this is uncommon. Since mushrooms can be notoriously difficult to identify, if you suspect that your lawn mushrooms could be a poisonous type, consulting a professional is recommended.
