This roofing job started off bad and continued to the finish. I wanted a professional with a few requirements. Be careful of original structure as it is prefabbed. The workers punched twelve holes in sheeting removing old roof material, requiring sheeting overlay. I requested that roofing nails not protrude through roof in patio area. They were protruding through the entire area. They left refuge sitting on the side of the driveway until I asked to have it removed. The one-week job turned into a two-month Odessey. The job was obviously a side job, piece-mealed together with little supervision little supervision. I am not confident the roof will not fail. prematurely fail.

Good customer service, good job on the roof, but very expensive in my view, $36K on a 1550 sq ft home plus about another roughly 700 sq ft garage and patio.

Project completed in a week. No delays or excuses. Would definitely use again.

This team did a great job removing the old tile roof and installing a new asphalt roof.

I signed a contract with them on May 8 for a new roof?. 19,400?.they called 2 weeks later telling me they are still trying to get the permit? I had to call them back 2 weeks later to find out what was going on? They were still waiting to get the permit?. they called me on May 30th talking about getting a over lay permit? I was at my retirement party and asked him to call me back Friday? I haven?t heard from them since? I put a 1,000 deposit down? I?m not very happy about this recommendation roofer?.

The project is not quite done. I am awaiting a gutter replacement which should happen over the next couple of days. The roof itself is done and looks beautiful. I was contacted by Journey Builders a day or two after I submitted a request on Angi.com. Yero came out and inspected my 25 year old roof, telling me it would be probably be October before they could schedule it (inspection was June 7th, 20224). When he called in to see when they could schedule it, they had a cancellation and knocked $5000 off the price if I was willing to start the next day. Exactly 7 days later almost to the hour the roof has been installed! Way sooner than I expected. Yero was totally pleasant and very low pressure as opposed to the estimator from another company who had visited my home the prior day and spent 3 hours trying to sell me a really expensive roof with car salesman tactics. I recommend Journey Builders highly.

I would never recommend them.

Builder did not follow installation specifications for Owens Corning roofing products. They damaged open beam ceilings in the home, despite being warned repeatedly to watch out for them. Work was shody and several portions needed to be reinstalled or corrected.

Not finished yet. However Yero has bent over backwards working with solar co to stay within warranty. Has been very responsive to my calls and to making sure I have been kept in the loop every step of the way.

We’re not finished yet. This turned into a full redo of a roof done only 2 years ago by Neuhaus roofing who would not respond to my call of leaking roof.

We had our roof replaced by Journey Builders. We worked with Yeros team. He helped us with everything from start to finish. They were great. Love the new roof. We definitely recommend them.

Journey Builders are very good! They did the roof inspection on a very timely response and did excellent work! In addition, the charge for the inspection report was reasonable. I dealt with "Lucy" who is very good! Lucy helped out tremendously. Very good Company with their work, their service and personnel. Highly recommend them!!

They have a tendency to over sell extra costs or requirements

The initial process was good, however follow trough was lacking they did not honor their contract.
