"We hired Sylvain and Marquis Assoc. To build a separate and detached Granny Flat on our property. He and his team built a 1200 sq. ft fully functioning 3 bedroom 2 full baths HOME. From start to finish Sylvain was personally involved and extremely professional. He and his team were on the job site on time everyday early to dusk. They worked hard and fast. Every night the job site was left clean. As soon as the city approved the plans, we were building the next day. It was incredible how efficient the guys were in building, total build time was less than 3 months. Craftsmanship was top-notch, and we feel we truly built a great house. He was focused on making sure we chose all of our counters/ cabinets/ doors/ windows/ molding/ everything that we wanted and stayed on budget. All done, Sylvain did not go over budget. His estimates were right on to what final costs came out to be. He kept us updated constantly regarding budget and where we stood in the process.
