My hot water heater door was an exterior door that required venting, and Tom made a return trip to install the grate, and wouldn’t charge me, even though I felt it wasn’t fair to Tom. He painted my house and pony walls, my gates and a railing. Fixed all defects with my stucco, removed some security doors I had on my house.
