"Had an iron fence that had multiple posts with damage to the concrete block bases as well as some rusted posts due to water damage. The concrete blocks were rebuilt and the rusted posts had new pieces welded to provide stability to the fence. The plan was well described with the estimate. I held back my final payment until the corrections were made. It seems like the frame of the vinyl fence should be painted in the shop & not at the homeowner’s property."
