Pacific Blue Pools Service and Repairs

Guy was very professional and came out the next day to diagnose without service charge. We needed a new pool/spa heater which we suspected. He installed the new heater and took our 20 plus heater away for us. I would strongly recommend hiring him for any of your pool or spa issues!

Guy Montoya has been my go to repair service for many years. The pool is 33 years old and occasionally develops issues. Guy responds immediately (unlike pool businesses that usually take weeks). He diagnoses the problem, gives me a quote and my pool is back up and running promptly. They came out on the day and at the time they told me. They left everything neat and clean. I was extremely pleased with the service and will hire them again if something needs to be repaired.

We originally had a filter tank rupture but wound up converting our chlorine pool to salt water. Guy had some good advice on the pros and cons. He did a great job throughout and we were thoroughly impressed by his honesty, work ethic, and knowledge on the subject of pool conversion. And at a competitive price. Guy did an expert job of replacing my filter pump timer. He arrived on time and dedicated most of the morning/afternoon to completing the job. He was polite and professional, and I plan on using him for further pool repairs as well as monthly service. A++ business.

Guy responded quickly. Came out to check pump and motor. Got the replacement part and fixed it the next day. I called 6 other companies who were not available. I'm keeping Pacific Blue Pool Service in my contacts and deleting the others.

He followed his timeline to a T! I had a quote done on a Friday and the new pool heater installed by the following Thursday! There was excellent system of communication. Each time I asked a question, he replied immediately and knowledgeably.
