"I was not getting hot water pressure throughout the house. I had drained my water heater and had PG&E come and inspect for any "gas" issues--which there were none. Still no consistent hot water pressure. It would start strong and then fizzle out to a drip a minute or two later. I phoned Matt, who picked up the phone both times I called vs. my having to leave a message. I really appreciated that. He was easy to talk to, even though I don't speak mechanic-or-plumber-lingo. He gave me quotes over the phone for repair and/or replacement. He told me that he'd send someone out to do a free inspection.
Bobby arrived on time and jumped right into action. He literally had the problem resolved in less than 5 minutes. The cold water line feeding into the hot water heater had become clogged. He cleared it, checked to make sure that all of the hot water faucets in the house were running properly and voila!
After several days of boiling water to dump into the bath tub, my family and I are drawing straws for a turn in a hot shower.
