We got a broken pipe in the garage fixed and a water pressure regulator installed. Then we tested the faucets and I was very happy about the water pressure and no leaks. When the service technician arrived at our home, he disconnected the old water heater and replaced it with the new tank. He tested the lines for water and gas leaks, and cleaned up when he was finished.
