"On Saturday, at about 4:00 in the afternoon, the toilet and shower in my master bathroom had overflowed so bad that it had seeped into my bedroom. (This had occurred simply after I ran the washing machine and dishwasher at the same time.) Suffice it to say, this caused a panic in me. Thankfully, I was able to ascertain the problem with the help from a friend who used to be a plumber. This helped me to realize that, though inconvenient, the problem at least wasn't some kind of emergency. With that, I immediately began reaching out to any plumbers I could find. The quotes that I was receiving were simply far too high for the job, especially because I know how to snake a clean line myself. In fact, I would have done so myself, were it not for my desire to have a camera down the line. (I had a clog about a year ago, so I was interested in seeing if there were any larger issues.) Of all of the plumbers that I got into contact withâ including one of my friend's plumber friendsâ Precise Plumbing had the best rate. They were willing to do the job at a rate that I could afford. Not only this, Malik, who had come out to do the job, worked with excellence. He was punctual, communicative, and competent. Not only this, he was also very personable. After he finished the job, he showed me the root problem that he picked up in the cameraâ which was actually roots. He explained long term solutions, but was in no ways pushy about it. I immediately put Malik's work to the test by running both the dishwasher and the washing machine again, which had caused the overflow in the beginning. You'll never guess what happened... nothing at allâ the problem was solved. Anyways, I write this review to say that Precise Plumbing is the way to go. I will definitely be telling my friends about them, but I hope the HomeAdvisor community could likewise benefit from such a competent company."

"I contacted the company. I got a call back from Manuel. I explained the problem. He came to the house within the hour and we agreed that the job would be completed today. We got a broken pipe in the garage fixed and a water pressure regulator installed. Then we tested the faucets and I was very happy about the water pressure and no leaks. There is a cost that was a little steep but we pay with emergencies. I recommend the company and also Manuel. Excellent!"

"I'm happy to say that over the course of four weeks, S&L Remodeling came into my house and did a superb job transforming my kitchen. I was very nervous to start on a nearly entire interior renovation of our new home. Raz proved to me that renovations can be pleasant and finished on time! When working with S&L you can honestly see the difference from how fast they respond to workmanship to communication. They were so thorough. Raz asked professional questions during the initial visit and I never felt rushed, even with all of my endless questions. I also got some nice quartz countertops which make a huge difference. "When I called Water Heater Masters, I talked with Matt and he was very knowledgeable about water heaters in general.  I told him that we had a leaky water heater, and he offered to send a service man out the same day. When the service technician arrived at our home, he disconnected the old water heater and replaced it with the new tank. He tested the lines for water and gas leaks, and cleaned up when he was finished. Will did a great job, and we were very happy with the professional and courteous service we received.  We highly recommend Water Heater Masters to Angies list members.

"Oak Plumbing did excellent work and is very expensive. The guy, Zachary, they sent was very nice at first. He was here approximately 3to 4 hours and our bill was 2,000.00. We felt that was a bit expensive. Zachary was nice but he never pumped water through the washing machine to check if his work fixed our leak or there were other problems. Turned out a pipe was broken under the house. Zachary wanted an additional $500.00 to fix the broken pipe he missed. His personality changed when I asked him to lower the price. It was a PVC drainage pipe that needed to be replaced and the joints glued. I had to get another plumber. Zachary turned nasty, turned around, and walked away mad. He should have looked at the whole job and tested the washer after he was done. Fixing the pipes involved."

"The project was done cleanly and quickly the next day after my posting to replace two shower Cartridges. There was confusion over the estimate (all estimates need to identify company). This might be good Angi upgrade. I may have assumed talking to wrong company. MasterFlush met me halfway on the estimate. One control was broken and therefore complicated. The other was quick and textbook. I was satisfied with the job done, next day service, and price."
