One technician even told me that the company has a base price and I think they don't get paid except for what they can charge over the base. So lets say something costs $200 but they don't get paid except from what they can charge over the 200 so they wanted to charge me 500 so it makes it worth it for both of the techs that came over! This company felt refreshingly different. They focused on fixing the problem at a fair price, and I really appreciated their honesty and professionalism"

Because when I was at the end of my wits trying to figure out who was telling me the truth, I called Ed Mack the owner and he was reassuring that my home was not that old to be having all these problems. He referred me to a website for the Air Duct Cleaners Association and read about what air duct cleaning really does. So I had Air Duct Professionals come out to the inspection and they have an actual HVAC guy on their staff. Immediately looking at how new and well maintained our air system was in the attic, he told us those other companies were trying to scam us. Air Duct Professionals did a great job cleaning out all of our air ducts and dryer vent and cleaning up after themselves.
