Hopefully that makes it harder for companies to overcharge customers. I've unfortunately had some bad experiences in the past with HVAC companies. One technician even told me that the company has a base price and I think they don't get paid except for what they can charge over the base. So lets say something costs $200 but they don't get paid except from what they can charge over the 200 so they wanted to charge me 500 so it makes it worth it for both of the techs that came over! This company felt refreshingly different. They focused on fixing the problem at a fair price, and I really appreciated their honesty and professionalism"
