Before I agreed to contract them, they analyzed all the problems and issues in and round the house. Eventually I went with most of their suggestions: a new 5-ton A/C, new ducts, several new vents, moving drain pipe to meet permit requirements and so on. I kept the old gas furnace which still works ok. The entire project was not cheap, and not the lowest bid I received. But in the end better to have top of the line analysis, equipment and servicing."

But one electrical box and breaker was sold to me but not used. when they inspect it in summer I would think they would install the new 50amp breaker. all in all an A rating."
