One technician even told me that the company has a base price and I think they don't get paid except for what they can charge over the base. So lets say something costs $200 but they don't get paid except from what they can charge over the 200 so they wanted to charge me 500 so it makes it worth it for both of the techs that came over! We were very impressed with the new unit put in the attic and back yard, the workmanship, the professionalism, the quick response time to get our appointment, the testing of the new units before they left, the lessons for us on how to use it, and the complete clean up and hauling every piece of the old unit away when they left.
