"I had Jose and J Marble out to our house over a month ago now. We needed the kitchen floor cleaned and all the grout cleaned and filled in/replaced where needed. For the most part, they did a good job in cleaning the floor, that said, a few days later, on closer inspection there were two spots that they missed. The grout, which I was more excited for, was horrible. There are still numerous places that don't have grout or the grout is severely discolored and needed to be replaced. I have e-mailed Jose 5 times since then to have him come back a take a look to see how we can get it finished and he has not answered me even one time. Be very careful when working with him and QCC their work closely before paying him. I will not use them again."
