David from Water Heaters Only came in the afternoon of 6/12/18 and it took 2 hours to install to city and state code. He had all the parts and tools to change the water heater on the spot. "The problem was resolved by cleaning a sensor for which they only charged me half hour labor. He also wrote me a letter when we filed with the licensing board. He suggested that I get a different type of connection from the gas. I wanted to give him some more business because he only charged me 50 bucks. So, I had him come out and do that. He showed up on time and didn?t jerk me around. He didn?t give me an inflated estimate and he did what he said he would do. I am pleased with him."
