"I am writing this review after a year because I wanted to test it out and provide an honest review. We replaced our AC unit with a new one with the help of NathanD. He was extremely professional and offered us the best price compared to all the other companies we considered. The installation process only took half a day, and they also installed a Google Nest for us. Additionally, they assisted in fixing our broken circuit board in the garage. Overall, the workmanship was excellent, and NathanD answered all of our questions. He even followed up with us after 2 months to check on our satisfaction. Thermostat screen went blank-furnace and A/C wouldn't come on

Chris arrived within 1 hour of my call and checked the furnace first. He found a blown fuse and no power to low voltage wires inside the unit. He then checked the thermostat and found it was no longer working. Chris replaced the fuses and the thermostat with a similar unit and tested the entire system. He then checked my A/C unit for Freon levels and found and repaired a wire that had come loose.

Chris was very pleasant to work with and explained what he was checking and why as he went along. He explained how the new thermostat worked and provided me with both the installation and operating manuals. Great service!
