He was extremely professional and offered us the best price compared to all the other companies we considered. The installation process only took half a day, and they also installed a Google Nest for us. Additionally, they assisted in fixing our broken circuit board in the garage. Overall, the workmanship was excellent, and NathanD answered all of our questions. He even followed up with us after 2 months to check on our satisfaction. We initially found him through Angie's List."

"Before, we only had a localized very old gas floor furnace. Total Home Environmental installed a centralized Heating/AC system in the attic and insulated the attic as well. They installed vents and ducts (first time for the house). They did a good job."

I had no clue that you had to have a permit in order to install a furnace or water heater. An inspector came out and told me that I would need a permit. They had to drive from Orange County to Riverside County in order to get the permits. These guys stopped everything, drove out there and took care of all the permits. They installed everything promptly and it was just the perfect job. Their prices are fantastic."

David from Water Heaters Only came in the afternoon of 6/12/18 and it took 2 hours to install to city and state code. He had all the parts and tools to change the water heater on the spot. "  We have tried to repair a couple of time to save the replacement cost but this was the choice. We had a little trouble of a few days till I heard from Chris, being the temps were high at that time and he was pretty busy. When we did connect and see a quick fix again would not work. then we discussed what the cost was for a new 3 1/2 ton unit. The price was reasonable when first we talked and agreed on, till Chris called back and said he could give a $500.00 discount special they were running which was like winning the lottery. He was able to come out a couple of days later and installed it.
     He's honest ,and efficient and I may never need to use him again, but do call him for your a/c needs. You won't be sorry.

"Very well. Technician, John Ruiz, showed up on time - as scheduled, was very polite, thorough, informative, and very professional. John pointed out some potential safety issues with our aging system and made some recommendations. My wife and I were very impressed with his explanations of his findings in our system as he showed us discrepancies and took several pictures of problem areas that would have been difficult to access. I also want to comment that the installation team, Adam Palazzola and Diego V. were nothing short of outstanding! It only took them 2 days of ripping out the old system and installing the new. Overall - we are very pleased with Home Comfort USA."

"I bought a checkup that comes with a pound of refrigerant.  They looked at the unit, determined there's a slow leak.  Didn't have the correct refrigerant (R22) and didn't fill it.  I asked for a quote to replace the unit.  Setting up the appointment took several attempts, because they were so busy.
I was hoping they would have put in the pound of refrigerant.
I would not use this provider for this "deal", but would consider them for installing a new unit.
