"Matt is a professional. He finished the job quickly and took my old water heater away. Unfortunately, it was corroded and couldn't be emptied. Matt moved it full of water. I felt terrible, as it had to be heavy. He let me know I should drain my new water heater once a year and showed me how to do it before he left. His price was fair. It was a good experience."

"We called Huft on 8/3. They had someone out on 8/7 to look at the problem. The primary drain line had gotten clogged and needed to be blown out. Since this was considered to be an issue arising from the ductwork replacement, it was done at no charge. Sean was on time, efficient, and explained in detail what had happened and what to look out for in the future."

"Elsy ( I believe she was the plumber from your company via Angi) arrived as scheduled, on Saturday, 09/28/2024. She attempted to repair my garbage disposal unit but was unable to do so as the unit's wiring was worn out. I advised the unit is 40 yrs old. She recommended to purchase a new one. We made a trip together to the local Home Depot store and I purchased the same brand s she recommended. She installed it in record time (within the 2.5 hrs) and completed the job. She also cleaned the work space and carried the old one to my recycling bin. Very satisfied with her work. Also, I want to know if I will receive a billing statement for my records? "I received a text message from Mr. Drain Corp. within minutes of submitting my online request on Angi around 5:30am on a Sunday morning - very quick. Their dispatcher was friendly and professional and called me to schedule an estimate less than 3 hours later — around 8:20am — and had a service window of noon-4pm for a technician to visit and give us an estimate.
