"Wow! Gerrod at Valiant Plumbing would get 6 stars if I could give them. He was professional and did a fantastic job on updating two sinks and bringing everything up to code. He paid a lot of attention to detail, including cleaning old mineral deposits. He even saved the day when a refrigerator delivery crew needed a water line disconnected but wouldn't do it themselves, Whew! Pricing and schedule availability were very reasonable and he did not try to upsale anything. Also, just a nice, decent guy. I felt comfortable having him in the house. She attempted to repair my garbage disposal unit but was unable to do so as the unit's wiring was worn out. I advised the unit is 40 yrs old. She recommended to purchase a new one. We made a trip together to the local Home Depot store and I purchased the same brand s she recommended. She installed it in record time (within the 2.5 hrs) and completed the job. She also cleaned the work space and carried the old one to my recycling bin. Very satisfied with her work. Also, I want to know if I will receive a billing statement for my records? "My hot water heater died on Memorial Day. I called Bonney. They were willing to come out and replace it that very day for no extra charge, even though it was a holiday. But, that didn't work well for me, so they came out the next morning at the time I specified. They were on time, and called a few minutes beforehand to confirm and remind me. The workman reviewed everything and gave me a firm price before the job began. He replaced the water heater, handled all the permits, and ran a new drain line out through the garage and out to the yard (the old water heater's overflow just dumped out onto the floor).
