He noticed the sprinkler valves were leaking. He followed up on Monday and we asked him to take care of that. He came in about 45 min and repaired that issue as well. Excellent service!!"

"After careful camera inspection of the drain pipe, crawling under the house, mapping the location of the drain pipe and potential obstacles, Vito described the proposed project in easy to understand detail. He was professional, credible, friendly, articulate, punctual, and finished ahead of schedule. He and his crew cleaned up the site each day very well. Vito did all the work quickly and very efficiently It was a pleasure to watch him work. He took many pictures showing the work he was doing under the house. and emailed them to me as well. "Our service technician was very well versed in plumbing issues. We had a couple of quirky issues with our new home-- one was murky or cloudy water at various faucets throughout the house. Another was warm water coming from the cold faucet late in the afternoon at the main kitchen sink. We suspected air pockets in the pipes was causing the murkiness in the water and that the pipes were getting warm from the sun in the kitchen. This was confirmed, but we went through a number of tests to rule out other possibilities. Our technician thoroughly analyzed our entire house, the products we installed, and then went away and did some research on his own on our water heater and other products or solutions that we could consider. We were very pleased with his knowledge and attention. The charge was more than fair for the amount of work and time he put into researching our problems. We will definitely use Oak Plumbing in the going foward."

"Was contacted within minutes of scheduling request. Scheduled an appointment at a convenient time for me. Service providers was prompt, polite and informative. I was very pleased with the service from beginning to end. 
A couple of side notes- They honored the online coupon which was attached to the Angie's List site. There was also a $12.00 fuel surcharge on the bill. I was a bit surprised that was not disclosed prior to confirming the appointment.

"Unfortunately, drain would not work despite various methods employed by Hufts technician. Hufts was fair enough not to charge me for the visit. Guess its time for a new water heater."

"Wow! Gerrod at Valiant Plumbing would get 6 stars if I could give them. He was professional and did a fantastic job on updating two sinks and bringing everything up to code. He paid a lot of attention to detail, including cleaning old mineral deposits. He even saved the day when a refrigerator delivery crew needed a water line disconnected but wouldn't do it themselves, Whew! Pricing and schedule availability were very reasonable and he did not try to upsale anything. Also, just a nice, decent guy. I felt comfortable having him in the house.
