VERY HAPPY WITH THIS SERVICE! Jesus was a great help to us throughout the entire effort. Not only did he come in with a great quote, beating out their competitors by a considerable margin, the service was professional, timely, and thorough. They did not upsell us on things we did not want or need, and afforded us the flexibility to cherry pick parts of the work we preferred to do ourselves to save some cash. Every interaction was friendly and, most importantly, the work was done extremely well... our testers and inspectors even made a point of telling us how much they appreciated the quality of the work. They started the work quickly and wrapped up in record breaking time. I will undoubtedly call them again for my next project and I am already recommending them to friends.

Perhaps the best thing about Morales Heating and Cooling was their responsiveness, via text and phone. Responded to my initial request first among several contractors. Was the only one willing to come out and give an estimate. Responded to follow up questions by text at all hours. Most of the contractors trying to contact me hadn't even bothered to read the description of the work I needed. Some even had a $3000 minimum. But Morales Heating and Cooling had a clear grasp of the scope of work. Scheduling the work was easy and convenient, and the work was done efficiently. Only a couple of minor issues - the estimate didn't have sufficient detail on the full scope of work and materials to be used, but that was cleared up via text; and I thought the cost estimate was higher than I expected. However, given that the other contractors weren't willing to provide an estimate or had outrageously high minimums, I felt fortunate to be able to get the work done so quickly. Already discussing have them come out for another project - A/C maintenance.
