"Luis was fantastic... professional, responsive, knowledgeable, reasonably priced, and a really nice guy. He even gave me some free advice on helping balance the sanitizer levels in the pool to prevent staining -- followed up with a youtube video and everything!!! My problem was a leak in the inlet valve to the filter. Based on the pictures, Luis was up-front that he would try to fix the leak using the existing plumbing setup (and save the backflush assembly), but that the plumbing was tight and he may have to replace the assembly if the repair didn't take. He first made the repair... let it dry... then came back the next day to followup (which I really appreciated) to make sure it wasn't leaking. Unfortunately, the repair didn't "take" the first time (and still leaked)... I didn't blame Luis as he was trying to save me money in the first place and made me aware that this might happen. But because he felt the repair should have been successful, he replaced backflush assembly at no additional cost (although I would have been happy to pay for the replacement!!). It's refreshing to find someone who take so much pride and accountability in their work. I'll definitely use Luis in the future."

"The crew was a bit late to get started, but did a good job once they arrived. They carried my stuff up to the 3rd floor since the elevator was very small. 
Had some trouble putting the bed back together but overall a fine job. Some damage to my items, but don't know where along the line that happened. It could have happened in transit.

"When I called, I asked if they did hot tub repairs.   We've got a spa in our pool that was not working properly.  Apparently it needed a new main drain installed, so I asked if that was something they did.   He was great on the phone and showed up a few days later as promised to give a bid.  When he got here, he said that it wasn't something they did but could refer someone.  Then he said they could try something to unclog the drain.  I said great.   But then they never showed up or called back.    Another week wasted waiting for someone, and I've got to got through this whole process again trying to find someone to fix this.  Frustrating.
