"The crew was a bit late to get started, but did a good job once they arrived. They carried my stuff up to the 3rd floor since the elevator was very small. Had some trouble putting the bed back together but overall a fine job. Some damage to my items, but don't know where along the line that happened. It could have happened in transit. "
"Work was done professionally. The gentleman had to make several trips to the hardware store to get the correct bulbs, but he did not charge me any extra time for the service."
"The concrete and gate install went relatively quickly. The patio cover required permits which took some time. Once received, the patio went up quick and the planter brick repair was also quick. Overall a good partnership that I will hire again."
"I need this job done on a rush basis. I was aiming for 1 week and they claimed that they can deliver. However, it took them an extra four days. some problems with this job. 1. Subfloor joist and anchor ( 6 x 2x6 and 4 concrete anchors); Some miscommunication happened here where the plywood floorboard was installed before concrete anchors supports were installed. 2. Whatever you want to call it, I was at the job site every day, and the workers are late. Foreman could not be be found until the last phases. Everyone was confused about the job. I payed my schedule on time and promptly,
"It went very well. Everyone was very informative. They kept me up to date with the process and whenever I had a question, they were really prompt with their answers whether by email or phone. They were on time when they say they will begin work and the guys that installed my solar panel and inverters were very clean. I mentioned that I'm very worried about leaks because my son is very sensitive to mold and they made sure to seal everything very well n show us the work they've done and ask if we see anything that needs to be addressed. I was very pleased with the whole process. And it was easy, they took care of everything."
"This is our second time using California Arborist and we're very pleased with their work. Two years ago we had just purchased our home and the backyard was a complete jungle. They such a great job that we hired them again. This time their crew removed a very tall Mexican fan palm and ground its stump. In addition, they trimmed and shaped our 2 enormous avocado trees, a equally big persimmon tree, a walnut tree and an oak tree. Just like last time the crew was very professional and courteous and left our backyard looking absolutely wonderful. "

"I contacted Real Construction to completely remodel my Bathroom. The bathroom before the remodel was built in 1989 with old and ugly tile. The toilet was leaking and the smell of sewage was quite bat at times. Sion, the contractor and owner, definitely has a modern style and had great recommendations for what a great modern bathroom would look like. The estimate was very accurate to what the final cost was. He only used high-quality material which were still cost-effective and within my budget. The tile work, drywall work, appliances, ceiling, spacious walk in shower, painting, faucets were done and installed by Real Construction and their amazing team. My experience with Real Construction have been nothing but AMAZING. I would recommend Real Construction to anyone that needs remodeling done anywhere on their property. Thank You, Real Construction for Great Work!!!"

Most people will opt to put their home sauna outside near a pool or on a screened-in porch so the heat doesn’t move into the rest of the house. If your house has enough room, you may choose to put it in a bathroom so you can shower right after.
Both saunas and steam rooms offer some health benefits as well as a good return on investment. While there’s more research on saunas than steam rooms and fewer reported risks with steam rooms, the latter tend to be better for reducing stress. Which one is better depends on the benefits you’re looking for, your budget, and if you have space to build a sauna.
Considering the cost of tools, parts, and hiring assisted labor, building your own sauna can cost almost as much as purchasing one. It is less expensive to buy sauna kits, since they are premade and easier to set up. Still, you may need to hire a professional to assist in electric or plumbing installation.
No, you should only choose high-quality wood to build your sauna. Not all types of woods can withstand the pressure from heat or moisture. Only use softwoods, such as cedar and aspen, that are known for absorbing heat and resisting water.
A home sauna may be considered a luxury item by some homebuyers, which can provide a good return on investment. However, whether it increases your home's value ultimately depends on the buyer, as some may not want to take on the extra costs and maintenance associated with heating and upkeep.
