"The crew was a bit late to get started, but did a good job once they arrived. They carried my stuff up to the 3rd floor since the elevator was very small. 
Had some trouble putting the bed back together but overall a fine job. Some damage to my items, but don't know where along the line that happened. It could have happened in transit.

The store is only 2 miles from my house and the first trip took over an hour. He needed to come back the following morning to complete the work because he needed two longer screws. "I could not have been happier with the work that ESI did on my home, which included a full kitchen remodel, vaulting some ceilings, and installing 3 skylights. The end product I received was better than I dreamed it could have been. Their whole team is very professional and I got along with them very well. "When I called, I asked if they did hot tub repairs.   We've got a spa in our pool that was not working properly.  Apparently it needed a new main drain installed, so I asked if that was something they did.   He was great on the phone and showed up a few days later as promised to give a bid.  When he got here, he said that it wasn't something they did but could refer someone.  Then he said they could try something to unclog the drain.  I said great.   But then they never showed up or called back.    Another week wasted waiting for someone, and I've got to got through this whole process again trying to find someone to fix this.  Frustrating.

"It went very well. Everyone was very informative. They kept me up to date with the process and whenever I had a question, they were really prompt with their answers whether by email or phone. They were on time when they say they will begin work and the guys that installed my solar panel and inverters were very clean. I mentioned that I'm very worried about leaks because my son is very sensitive to mold and they made sure to seal everything very well n show us the work they've done and ask if we see anything that needs to be addressed. I was very pleased with the whole process. And it was easy, they took care of everything."

"They started on time and kept to the terms of the contract. Rafi, the owner, was on site every day. He definitely has the eye and the knowledge to know what looks good. He also knows design trends so that the result looks contemporary yet timeless.
The work was performed with minimal disruption to the household. They moved all the furniture and put it back in place. I had bagged many items that were sitting on the floor and they disposed of the bags for me. The also hauled away old furniture that was bring replaced. There was no extra charge for these services.
The floors are beautiful. They installed the wood laminate on the stairs as well and it looks great, with bullnose on the stair edges.
Everyone who comes to the house comments on the floors. And the laminate has a wonderful grain in it that looks identical to real wood, but no scratches from dog and cat and it really seems impervious to everyday traffic. It requires very little attention to keep looking great.
All in all a very professional job, finished on time with a great result. They even kept an eye on the pets so they didn't run out of the house.
They have done other work for me, including putting on a new roof and cleaning up a room where water had come in from the ground in a heavy rain and then installing a drainage system so it hasn't happened again. They also refinished the ceilings in several areas of the house, taking out the "cottage cheese".
I've been very pleased with the results of the work and the manner in which it was performed. I will definitely continue to use this company for future work."

"Ismael was hired to demolish a deck and a solid concrete jacuzzi.  Demolishing the deck was the easy part.  It took 2 whole days with 3-4 men, and 2 jackhammers to get rid of the jacuzzi.  On their last day, Ismael and his crew worked for 12 hrs. in the heat.  The only break they took was a short lunch break.  They worked diligently to get the job done in 3 days as promised.  We were  very impressed with Ismael's positive attitude despite the fact that the job ended up being much harder than anticipated.  He always had a smile on his face.  We would definitely hire him back if needed."
