"Monroy's was great! The wood floors throughout our entire home were flooded and had to be torn up, along with portions of our walls which were wet as well. Because we were dealing with potential mold growth, as well as lead and asbestos in the building materials because it is an older home, we were very nervous about making sure the job was done right. We had initially started to contract with two other companies, then had to back out because we did trust them to do the job right and/or try to charge us more money than we agreed upon. Daniel and his dad were always available to answer our questions, were upfront about all of the pricing and presented us with different options.
