Seamless Metal Gutters - Repair
David gave an estimate very quickly. Crew showed up two days later and did an excellent job repairing/replacing gutter and redesigned downspout from upper roof that had been causing overflow. I highly recommend Segelman Shaw.

Our new roof was installed a couple of months ago and it is beautiful! I noticed some dripping from some gutters in the front of the house. After sending the pictures to them, I was very surprised to see men on my roof repairing my gutters!! And on the same day I called!!!! That is GREAT service!! I would definitely recommend Segelman and Shaw Roofing

Called for a quote, but they could not be bothered. Told us 3k for a skylight window without even coming by. Not a customer because they were too busy to give us a proper quote.

Asphalt Shingle Roofing Repair
Completely ignorant and unprofessional. Had to hire a professional to determine the problem. All they wanted was their money. Left utility blades and unused nails on the roof. No follow up after complaining that there was still a problem. Would definitely recommend that people stay clear of this company!

"A customer called in January during a winter storm with an emergency leak. We repaired that leak working around the snow and ice. He then called in one month later during another storm with a new leak on the same side of the house. We diagnosed the new leak and found it not related or close to the previous leak. He was upset and frustrated that we did not evaluate the roof during the previous service call. Explaining that it was January, and the roof was under two feet of snow did not quail his frustration. As far as items left behind, again we were working in two feet of snow."

Hired them for the replacement of gutter on my office. Initially, I got the bid from several contractors for gutter installation but I chose Segelman Shaw roofing, siding and gutters services. The costing they had charged for the installation of vinyl gutters was very efficient. They are the best.

Relevel the gutters is quite a difficult job but they had done full justice with their job. They had releveled two gutters in my residence and also cleaned it from inside which makes those gutters look new again. I am a great fan of this company.
