He also poured a 10 x 10 area of concrete in an area adjacent to my patio floor, installing a drain and drainage pipe, as well. Finally, he resurfaced the existing concrete patio floor, painted it and sealed it. Inoke was professional, flexible, informative and kept me apprised of the production schedule. They cut out sections of dry rot from the eves and other areas, repaired the damage, caulked and painted. They also repaired the patio, replacing two badly rotted beams including the main patio support beam. The did not drip or splash paint on brick walkways or patio and cleaned up every day before leaving. I would hire them again for any home maintenance or addition project."
