We were referred b another company on Angie’s List, who explained we really needed a waterproof coating. I then Spoke to the owner of Fiber Coat Deck Company, and he immediately knew what we needed to stop the leak and prevent it from recurring with a special fiberglass coating used by his company. He even gave a warranty when other companies weren’t even sure that their high priced work wood fix the problem. They were amazing and even sealed around areas the HOW had moved that contributed to the leakage. They put on very professional drain covers and corrected the tilt so the water would actually drain like they should. There has been no leak since. They only took 2 days and the work is excellent quality and looks amazing. The cost was between 1/2 and 1/4th of what other companies put in their bids and they could not guarantee their work. They were honest, professional, competent, on time and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend the services of Fiber-Coat Deck Company."

"I've been working on an outdoor entertaining space in our backyard for literally years.  Designing, drawing, getting quotes, redesigning, budgeting, etc.  I could never quite get it right because of some unfortunate property limitations.  Then last December I found a photo on Pinterest of a bbq and entertainment area shaded by a custom-shaped canvas patio roof structure that curved around trees and then angled perfectly into a weirdly shaped space.  It completely opened my mind to entirely different possibilities for this project on which I was paralyzed.  The photo linked back to Superior Awning, so I called them and they sent out a man right away who knew everything about the exact project in the photo.  He offered a few different ideas for our difficult space, all of which were revelations!  My partner and I worked with his drawings, chose one and kick-started the project back into gear.  It's nearly finished now and shaded with our own perfectly made-to-order canvas patio cover in an exquisitely textured fabric that glows like candlelight underneath.  Superior Awning did a beautiful job with the installation and we're incredibly grateful for the design ideas.  Highly recommended.

He replaced some really crappy turf that another installer had talked me into, and he installed beautiful, thick, high-end turf that looks real and feels amazing. And he did it all in LESS time than he said it would take, despite having to do it in between rain storms! He rearranged all the sprinklers, organized the system, moved an incredibly heavy piece of stone to another part of the yard, and just did an overall BEAUTIFUL job on our back yard! I cannot possibly recommend him HIGHLY ENOUGH!! I've had turf installed by three other companies in the past, and C.Perez is by FAR the absolute BEST. Quality, price, and professionalism! Joe and his team removed the old concrete and replaced it with pavers. Joe did exactly what I asked and even made some improvement suggestions that I am very happy with. "We hired Mike to do a backyard remodel that included both landscaping and hardscaping work. This includedh redoing a patio floor, doing three retaining walls, adding an area of decompose granite and a lot of leveling work. We met with other contractors and received multiple quotes. Mike was clearly more experienced than any of the others and his quote came in at an extremely fair price for the extent of work we needed. From the beginning, Mike had some great ideas that we incorporated and, at the same time, was very open and flexible with our ideas. Mike and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with. Everything Mike said he was going to do, he did. He was incredibly responsive from the beginning to the end, and we were in touch with him daily.
