"Hugo actually did a full-blown backyard remodel to support our new pool. This included a new concrete patio with tile, a firepit table, a built-in grill, three fire bowls, stepstone path, channel drains, retaining wall, block divider wall, concrete slabs for the pool equipment and side yard, new vinyl fence and gate to hide all of it, benderboard, mulch, lighting, wall repairs, stucco, paint, etc. It was a very involved, multi-week project. Hugo speaks perfect English AND Spanish, his prices are very fair, and he will keep at it until you're happy, with a can-do attitude. "They were very professional in scheduling the appointment, and showing up on time.  However, because we have the future patio still as an enclosed room (we will remove it so that it will become open-air), they couldn't give us a true-cost estimate.  I completely understood that it was because they couldn't be accurate with knowing how it would attach to the house, etc, since we still have the room enclosed.  He was very helpful, explaining what they would need in order to give us a better estimate, so hopefully when we're ready to move forward, we will give them another call.

"Gary came out and measured for the job, he was very professional and had a variety of fabrics to choose from. I had a design in mind based on a picture I took at a model home for a steel framed fabric structure to sit atop our existing wood patio cover. What they created was far better then I could have imagined. The design had to be modified due to an obstruction on our stucco wall but they returned with the correction in a timely fashion and installed while we were gone. When we returned to see the finished job, I was personally amazed at how they fabricated exactly what I wanted from a two dimentional picture. Also installed a drop shade on the west side of the patio cover to give some badly needed afternoon shade. The end result was a simple wood patio cover had been transitioned into a semi-enclosed outdoor space that is perfect for entertaining and relaxing in the shade. Great customer service, craftsmanship and follow up that is hard to find in the construction trade today. Truly rare and very much appreciated. Thank you Gary and crew.

"Inoke from Top Concrete Design did an excellent job on my project. He power washed the paint off of my patio wall, then stuccoed it, then painted it. It looks fantastic! He also poured a 10 x 10 area of concrete in an area adjacent to my patio floor, installing a drain and drainage pipe, as well. Finally, he resurfaced the existing concrete patio floor, painted it and sealed it. Inoke was professional, flexible, informative and kept me apprised of the production schedule.
