"I had a terrible experience with this plumbing service. I originally called them to fix a simple toilet connection leak. Instead of addressing the actual issue, they removed the entire toilet, broke the flange, and then tried to convince me it was already damaged ? even though I knew for a fact it wasn?t. To make things worse, they did not reinstall the toilet correctly. The bolt was left crooked and unstable (see photo), and the toilet was not secured the way it should be and they charged me 350$ When I called them back to fix their own mistake, they repeatedly hung up on me. I tried multiple numbers and none of them answered. Extremely unprofessional and completely irresponsible. I now have to hire another plumber to fix the damage they caused. "Terrible people. DO NOT USE. I had my water main line burst at my house and the folks at drain right where in the neighborhood, identified a problem, and knocked on my door. My pregnant wife was home at the time of pipe bust, but was initially unaware of the issue as water was still making it to our home. At first we thought this was a godsend, nice workers who identified an issue wanted to help, how lucky are we. They kindly shut off the water to the house and asked my pregnant wife, who was freaking out by the amount of water shooting out from burst pipe, to sign an authorization form to do work. She was so grateful someone was there to help she happily signed the slip. I was grateful someone was able to help my wife while I was at work. The problem started when I noted what she had signed.. They charged me $341 for a visual inspection. They identified the problem as a tree root that struck a pipe (which was not what in fact happened) and wrote 2 appraisals for solving the issue. The fist solution was replacing the galvanized pipe with another galvanized pipe for $7500. The second was to re reroute the sewer line to our house with copper piping, estimated at a whopping $11,300. I tried to call manager the evening of the pipe bust schedule an appointment as the water was shut off to my house. No response. In fact it took the manager a week to return my phone call to schedule the job, which I had bid out and already resolved. I was recommended a plumber to get a second opinion, and he came promptly and re-routed the sewer line with coper piping for less than half what Drain Right was asking for the job. I have been trying to dispute this invoice with Drain Right for months because its my belief they initially took advantage of my pregnant wife and there terrible service, and instead of returning my phone calls they sent my bill to a debt collection service. What horrible service by a terrible business."

"Called office to get on schedule and was able to get appointment same day. Office staff was lovely over the phone. Plumber arrived and assessed my kitchen drain line issue. Clarified all my questions and was able to come back the next day for the repair. Would call again for any plumbing issues."

"Evil scammers of the elderly ! These people are sick, taking advantage of seniors on a fixed income with a decline in cognitive thinking as well as Diabetic complications ! I am the homeowners caretaker and son, over 2yrs ago these SCAMMERS took $14000 from my dad to fix a clogged toilet ! ! ! I just found this out. They saw an easy target and ripped my dad off. Instead of snaking and pitting a camera down the toilet, they tore up the front yard. THEY DIDNT REPLACE ANYTHING ! They removed 1 of 2 Darin pipes. IDK why. THE IDIOTS also cut the discharge pipe for the pool [Expletive removed] U MORONS ! They then found a WATER LEAK under the driveway. WHY ARE YOU LOOkiNG FOR A WATER LEAK ! We wanted a toilet unclogged. The workers were [Expletive removed] and didn't even check to see if the clogg was fixed. BEWARE THEY SCAM THE ELDERLY ! ! The toilet never worked after all that. The other toilet is upstairs and is hard for my elderly parents to use. These guys are thrives, everyone contact them and ask why they treat our seniors like this. FIX MY [Expletive removed] TOILET !"
