I spoke with the guy and I watched him work in what he did. I was observing what he did and I was very pleased and impressed.

Enrique the plumber charged me $375.00 for replacement of my sink strainer basket. Then he charged me $950.00 for the install of a earthquake gas valve at my residence. For the 2nd home I have he charged me $550.00 for the gas earthquake shutoff valve. Total came to $1830.00 once the valve was installed Enrique failed to make sure all my gas appliances where on with gas. I had no hot water for a day til he returned. I’m 96 years old and I believe that Sal’s plumbing over charged me big time. I called and spoke with Wendy she double checked and said the earthquake valve was a$950.00 charge and they gave me a break o. The 2nd valve by charging $550.00. She stated $375 for the sink strainer was “what they charged” she refused to give me a refund and she refused for me to speak with the owner. BUYER BE AWARE!

We have hired Sal's on two separate occasions to provide pipe repair under emergency circumstances. They sent someone out right away without delay, stayed to ensure the problem was addressed (even late into the evening on a weekend), provided a guarantee of their work, and charged reasonable prices. We were so impressed with the professionalism. Many people take advantage of the emergency nature of plumbing projects to provide poor quality "patch" jobs or increased rates, but Sal's was very professional and we are pleased with the results. Called Sal's for help. Bryan came within an hour. We decided to start with the easiest fix yesterday, which was to replace the seal on an upstairs toilet (30 years old) above the leak. Bryan was courteous, knowledgeable and professional, The seal was almost gone. Although initially, we thought that fixed the problem, the leak seemed to resume later in the day, so called Sal's back this morning for a more aggressive approach to finding the source of the leak. They sent Nick within the hour, who also was experienced and professional. He carefully draped the area and then removed the ceiling which was wet. Fortunately, the leak was from a pin-sized hole in the cold water line right above the spot. He left to procure supplies to fix the copper pipe without having to solder and risk more trauma to the 30 year old pipe. Leak was fixed within 2 hours of his initial arrival. He cleaned up. I will call them again for any of our plumbing needs. Responsive, experienced, professional.

Great, Brian showed up on time, was very nice. he knew what to do, and did it quickly. gave me some good advice. I recommend Sal's plumbing.

Problem solved in 15 mins, snaked blockage about 25 ft down line. Guy was great. Showed up on time.

It went well. Price was a bit high but it was an after hours call. Bryan was great, had a smile on his face and a great attitude.

They're always doing work for me. There was just 1 worker and it took an hour. They left the area very clean.

Couldnt have been better

Sal's workman showed up on time. They quickly diagnosed the problem and went to work. They removed a 2' x 3' section of concrete, repaired the damaged pipe and filled the concrete back in with a nice finish. Nick and Gus did the work and they were very friendly and professional and didn't waste any time getting the job done. They did a very nice job cleaning up after they completed the job. I'm very satisfied with the quality of the work done.

SAL'S PLUMBING CO OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS A GOOD EXPERIENCE. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL. THEY RESPONDED PROMPTLY TO THE CALL. THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE, AND THEY WERE NOT TRYING TO GET ADDITIONAL MONEY.
