"They buffed our kitchen counters. Just one employee came out and they noted some damage to our counters. We asked for them to provide an estimate to the repair they said they would turn that around right away. We never heard from them and when they did give us a quote and it was really high. The company had a great office person, with setting up the appointment and following through. It was just the estimate that fell through."

"Mark met me at a consignment store in Palm Springs to look at a table I was considering buying. The edges were coming apart from the center of the table and I wanted to be sure it could be repaired before I bought it. Mark said he could fix it and loaded it in his van. We agreed on a price of $425 including delivery. He had the table for a couple weeks and called and told us he was still working on it, getting the scratches out and mentioned that gluing it was difficult because of the modern angles but he figured it out. He also said he took care of the 2 chips. We were excited when he brought the table and we saw what looked like a brand new, super glossy modern table. He did beautiful work. Our only complaint was that he requested an additional $150 for labor and that was not agreed on up front. We paid the extra because he did do an excellent job but would have appreciated a "heads up". All in all we would recommend Museum Quality Furniture. We are very satisfied.

"They did an excellent job, very happy with the results. Minor point is windows and mirrors could’ve been a little cleaner in a couple of places, but that’s being picky because overall they did such a great job. Even buffed out a couple spots I thought I’d need body work,"

"We asked other people to do it and they said it couldn't be done. He did a beautiful job. There were a couple of scratches that he came out and fixed immediately. I would talk to Mr. Blanco, he did a very nice job, he's very professional, and a good man. I would use him again and I have suggested him to our interior decorator."

"Everything was done to perfection.
And the Black ink he removed has zero trace and did not harm color or fabric texture, this took lots of time and patience but he saved my expensive sofa.
The new Urine treatment was also excellent.. No urine smells or coloring change was the result
Jason is a perfectionist and personable, am very shocked I am the first reviewer.  - Today he is coming to do the inside leather cleaning and conditioning as well as the carpets with his powerful steam machine.  Sp there will be another review for me to write soon.

"Overall the job took the better part of a week and from our perspective was a success.  Ryan worked with us in selecting
the right color for the stain.  He carefully removed and replaced the numerous potted plants we had on the deck and left
the work area in a clean condition.  The patio and balcony look great and our only regret is that we didn't do it earlier."

"We loved working with Desert Gem LLC for carpet, windows, and home cleaning. They were flexible and reliable! They do it all and make it effortless! By far the best cleaning experience ever! Call them, you will be delighted."
All trash removed and there is actual walking space!
Nothing but trash filled the laundry room & started heading out to kitchen.
Trash and a full cat box filled this bathroom...
Much better!

".The owner was very punctual. As a matter of fact when he came out the first time he suggested he come back another day as it was going to rain that day. He had to drive a long distance to get to my house so I would have expected him to call rather than drive out.
My disappointment was that his work was a little better than if I had just gone to a car wash. While his pricing was not the lowest I received,  nor the highest,  I just expected a little better job. There were some scratches that I believe he could have buffed out but they were still there when he was done. When I asked he said that he could not buff them out any better.

Buffing and Polishing questions, answered by experts

Use pH-neutral cleaners specifically designed for stone surfaces to clean granite or marble. Avoid acidic or abrasive cleaners that can damage the sealant or the stone itself. Regular re-sealing helps protect the surface from stains and damage.

How long it takes to complete stone restoration work will vary from home to home and project to project. Overall, a professional can complete a one-room project in one to two days. When vetting your local contractors, be sure to ask them how long they think the project will take to factor in any that could speed up or prolong the completion of the project.

The frequency for sealing marble countertops depends on several factors, including the quality and color of the stone, the type of sealant used, and the amount of traffic the surface receives. Marble has a porous surface that requires sealing to maintain its shine and resist scratches. As a general rule, you should seal countertops at least once a year. However, for heavily used surfaces, like those in a busy kitchen or family bathroom, you may need to reseal them every three to six months. Conversely, countertops in a rarely used guest bathroom might only need resealing every few years.

The first step to resealing is a thorough steam cleaning of the tile and grout. You can do this by renting a tile and grout cleaner for $80 a day. Once you’re done cleaning the floor, it’ll cost $30 to $40 per quart for sealant. Or, you can hire a pro who will charge $1 to $2 per square foot for cleaning and resealing services.

Cracks, chips, stains, and worn-out sealant are common issues requiring repair.
