"Basically, they came, and he wasn't really able to do anything for us so it was a waste of money. He just kind of looked around and said, "Hmm... No. We can't do anything." We were leaking in the garage and there are several spots in our house where there are large cracks and we wanted to make sure what was going on, and he didn't do anything. He just kind of, "Well, you could replace all of this stuff and that'll be like $5,000" and I was like "You got to be kidding me." We had somebody else come out, too. I don't feel like he did anything wrong so I didn't want to post a negative post, but there wasn't also like anything positive out of it, and it felt like a giant waste of my money. But again he didn't actually give us any information other than "By the way, you have cracks in the ceiling that I could say like $5,000" which I haven't even asked him about. I think he should have been more communicative. He could've been more helpful, maybe. I didn't want to post a rating on this because it's kind of complex. He did the job, but it was not helpful. I guess, he did fine for price. I think he was on time."

And now I actually have space to move around! I have Tom and Lucas to thank for this. They did a great job not only with my master bathroom, but with the two others as well. I wanted a nice clean and white look with subway tiles. I know many people look down on subway tiles, so I was already expecting Tom and Lucas trying to talk me out of it. But they didn’t. They took my wishes to heart and executed them. Which was the case with all the decisions I made. If I was uncertain, they offered extremely helpful advice and suggestions, but they made sure that I was getting the bathroom that I wanted. I really enjoyed working with them and will hire them again if I can come up with another project for them to work on."

They had no issue assigning a team to their place, after the work they did, I already knew a good job was expected. I gave the options to my parents, and they liked the ideas I pitched them. "The project manager was a good salesman with the promise of a discounted price because another job had been canceled and they could start in two days, and I could take advantage of the insurance and bond already having been paid. He inferred he didn't want to lose it. Although I knew that probably wasn't true, as all big companies have insurance and workman's comp in place, I wanted my deck done quickly and my next estimator could not come out for two weeks. Although the salesman claimed I was getting a good deal, the contract seemed a bit high, and sales tax added. I have never had sales tax added separately on this type of work. They did not demolish all the brick work as in the contract. They tried to use untreated wood under the deck which I was specific that was why the old deck needed to be replaced. Luckily, we caught that. The job was done quickly and clean up was nominal; however, I have found the concrete base of the demolished brick work was just covered with dirt and it still remains."

"I have previously worked with them for minor remodels (bathrooms) and decided I needed to do something new to the house and that would add value to it since I am looking into leaving state. I added two new bedrooms with bathrooms and extended my current kitchen for my space, to add an island and a small breakfast area. I had my plans already, all I did was hire them for the construction. But let me tell you it was a good experience. They were there 7-4 latest, and if I wanted minor changes they did them with no problem. I had no minor fixtures everything ran smoothly thank god! My kitchen looks GREAT so spacious and modern, and the two extra rooms with their own bathrooms are cozy and spacious as well. Thank you for the great effort and doing an exceptional job.
