We got 4 companies to come and give us a quote.  Two of them were cheaper but they seemed as puzzled as we were about what to do and could not guarantee from future problems. The other company suggested rebuilding the entire deck and was way out of budget. "First time a slab leek was repaired by diverting water lines, second time a sewer pipe leak in the living room wall between studs were fixed.  The sewer line leak was "fixed" by the insurance  in such a way, that one side of our living room wall should have been moved by several inches.  AAP ( Anthony Pouliot) repaired the leak within an our in such a professional way, we did not need to move the wall, saving us thousands of dollars. We highly recommend his services."

"We needed to have both bathrooms in a two bedroom condominium remodeled and it was proving quite difficult to find a contractor. The price quotes for the job were very divergent and many, after the initial visit, never submitted a bid or answered our telephone calls which got super frustrating. Finally we got an appointment with Tom and Lucas who showed up on time, even a bit early, went over the job with us, gave an estimate, assured us that everybody working on the jobsite would be properly licensed, bonded, and insured and all permits would be pulled and all inspections would conducted. They impressed us with their youthful energy, sincerity, attention to detail and stating that all work would be up to code. They promised that there would be no unexpected cost overruns and that the job would be done on time. They are not the cheapest, but after talking to a lot of people, and getting a lot of estimates, we understand that bathroom remodeling is simply costly. The job is well towards completion and everything so far has been great and the bathrooms will look fantastic!"

"Basically, they came, and he wasn't really able to do anything for us so it was a waste of money. He just kind of looked around and said, "Hmm... No. We can't do anything." We were leaking in the garage and there are several spots in our house where there are large cracks and we wanted to make sure what was going on, and he didn't do anything. He just kind of, "Well, you could replace all of this stuff and that'll be like $5,000" and I was like "You got to be kidding me." We had somebody else come out, too. I don't feel like he did anything wrong so I didn't want to post a negative post, but there wasn't also like anything positive out of it, and it felt like a giant waste of my money. But again he didn't actually give us any information other than "By the way, you have cracks in the ceiling that I could say like $5,000" which I haven't even asked him about. I think he should have been more communicative. He could've been more helpful, maybe. I didn't want to post a rating on this because it's kind of complex. He did the job, but it was not helpful. I guess, he did fine for price. I think he was on time."

"I got this company from Angie's List and they were excellent. They added a drain out for me and it was so bad I wouldn't have water buck up, I have really bad back up. They put some drain pipe for me and they also rooted out my sewer line.They came in fast but I ended up involving the insurance for some of it because I had a flood in the bathroom which wasn't covered so I let them do that."
