We got 4 companies to come and give us a quote.  Two of them were cheaper but they seemed as puzzled as we were about what to do and could not guarantee from future problems. "My 23 years old tile roof need to be replaced due to poor quality material used by previous local roofer. After search through 6 estimates, I pick Tony's bid because he listen to my concern and his prices seems fair. Normally roofing job starts in April or May, after the raining season, but our roof was leaking in several spots and Tony and Tino (the roofer) started the project in February. With the wettest raining season in recent memory in LA, it was a challenge to work on roof during the break between rain storms, but Tony and Tino's crew pull through the challenge. During the process, Tino also points out several issues with our chimney and he was able to do a thural repair and painting while he was up on the roof. As with any construction project, we encounter areas that need extra work and Tony was very easy to talk to and we were able to reach a reasonable price for the extra work. The only complaint I have about the whole project is that during the project, the crew allow the dirt got into my gutter and the cleaning process was not as thural as I'll like. Overall, I am very pleased with our roof project with OM Construction. Tony is very responsive during the process and address my concern very quickly. Tino's experience and attention to detail make me feel confident about the quality of our roof job."

"We called the AAP-Home Services after they were a company listed in Angie's List. They responded to our location within a couple hours. Our Tech was Saul. He conducted a diagnostic and determined the Gas Control had failed. On his own, Saul called the water heater company and determined the part had to be ordered from the Water Heater company (Rheem), but also found the part was under warranty. The company shipped the part the location where the WH was located. Saul advised as soon as we received it, he would return to the house and complete the repair. It arrived mid morning two days later. I contacted Saul, and true to his promise, he returned to the house and completed the repair. It took him several hours in the hot sun. His service was exemplary. We were extremely happy with the service and the can-do attitude by Saul. We will definitely use AAP - Home Services again."
